✔ Delivery Locations We deliver all over Pakistan. Orders can be shipped to: Home addresses, Office/work addresses.

✔ Delivery Time Our standard delivery timeline is: Regular days: 4–5 working days Sale or peak season: 7–8 working days.

✔ Additional Information: Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (check spam/junk folders as well).
COD orders, payment will be collected at the shipping address.

✔ Shipping Charges Free Shipping on orders 5000 PKR or above. Standard Shipping Rate: 250 PKR on orders below 5000 PKR.

✔ Before dispatching your order, our team will call you for confirmation. Only confirmed orders are shipped.

✔ Delivery Attempts: The courier will make two delivery attempt only. If the customer is not available or does not collect the parcel on the second attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

✔ Courier Partners: Shipments are delivered through trusted courier services. The courier company may vary based on your delivery area or shipment type. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number.

✔ Unfortunately no, we do not offer International shipping as of today.
✔ Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number along with the name of the courier service handling your delivery. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s tracking page to check the real-time status of your order. Please make sure to check your inbox, spam, or junk folders for the tracking email.
✔ We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. You can pay for your order directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
