Shipping policy

Our standard delivery timeline is: 4–5 working days. During sales it will be delivered in 6-7 working days.

We deliver all over Pakistan. Orders can be shipped to: Home addresses, Office/work addresses.

We offer standard shipping on all orders

Shipping rates:

• Free Shipping on orders 5000 PKR or above.
• Standard Shipping Rate: 250 PKR.

Before dispatching your order, our team will call you for confirmation. Only confirmed orders are shipped.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number along with the name of the courier service handling your delivery. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s tracking page to check the real-time status of your order. Please make sure to check your inbox, spam, or junk folders for the tracking email.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (check spam/junk folders as well).

COD orders: Payment will be collected at the shipping address.

Courier Partners: Shipments are delivered through trusted courier services. The courier company may vary based on your delivery area or shipment type. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number.

Delivery Attempts: The courier will make two delivery attempt only. If the customer is not available or does not collect the parcel on the second attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
